What the Day-to-Day Looks Like:

As the Headshots.com Customer Experience Specialist, you will work as part of our marketing and sales team. We receive a high number of daily inquiries about our service, mostly via email. Your role will be to help answer our customers’ questions in a timely and effective manner. This means drafting answers to product questions via email, responding to inbound leads, and if necessary, jumping on calls to ensure you understand the client’s needs and share more about our product and process.

Note: This is a part-time REMOTE contractor position. Candidates must be available to work during regular business hours on Eastern Standard Time.
